How did Charles Landers spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Charles Landers's election campaign committee, Macoupin County Democrat Party, spent $11,279 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Landers's committee spent the most on mailers for candidates in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,247) going to AB Compuprint in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Landers's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
