How did Richard Sutton spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Richard Sutton's election campaign committee, Christian County Republican Central Cmte, spent $5,146 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Sutton's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,200) going to Asselley Properties in Taylorville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Sutton's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
