How did Charles Landers spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Charles Landers's election campaign committee, Macoupin County Democrat Party, spent $980 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Landers's committee spent the most on hall rental for raising funds in the quarter, with all those payments ($350) going to City of Gillespie in Gillespie. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Landers's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
