Iuka home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Iuka rose by $3,225 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $38,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Iuka in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
