Kell home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Kell rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,000 - a 29.8% increase over the $28,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Kell in the first quarter of 2016.
