Sandoval home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Sandoval fell by $374.50 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,125.50 - a 1.9% decrease over the $19,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sandoval in the second quarter of 2016.
