Centralia home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Centralia rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,750 - a 116% increase over the $20,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Centralia in June 2017.
