Iuka home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Iuka fell by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 25.4% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Iuka in August 2017.
