Centralia home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Centralia rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $44,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Centralia in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Centralia for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $941, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
