Mount Olive home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mount Olive rose by $8,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Olive in September 2016, as well.
