City of Litchfield issued the following announcement on April 22.
The City of Litchfield, Illinois is requesting written quotes for replacing the Geo- membrane fabric at the Wastewater Treatment Facility first flush lagoon. Bidder will be required to meet specifications that can be picked up at the Wastewater Treatment Facility at 1350 East Ryder, Litchfield. The office is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. The City will accept bids in the office of the City Clerk at 120 E. Ryder St. Litchfield, Illinois 62056 until 10:00 A.M.
