City of Litchfield issued the following announcement on April 22.
The City of Litchfield, Illinois will be accepting written quotes for a concrete pad at the Litchfield's Wastewater Treatment Facility first flush lagoon apron. Bidder will be required to meet specifications that can be picked up at the Wastewater Treatment Facility at 1350 East Ryder, Litchfield. The office is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. The City will accept bids in the office of the City Clerk at 120 E. Ryder St. Litchfield, Illinois 62056 until 10:00 A.M.
