Sandoval home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Sandoval fell by $750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $32,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sandoval in March 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Sandoval for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $809, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
