Macoupin County General Administrative Committee met April 3.

I. CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Thomas, Pomatto, Lewis, Long, Rull, Dragovich, Duncan, Coe, Bresenan
ABSENT: Dunnagan, Vojas
II. AGENDA ITEMS
1. Training on Bruce Harris Software for G.I.S. Manager
Since March 1st, the GIS Manager has taken over updating the tax file parcel files. He’s asking 2 to 3 training days, at a cost of $125 an hour since they would be traveling here. This would allow him to most efficiently perform this work in the future. With him doing this work, we would no longer be contracting out to the current vendor, Bruce Harris, which Bresnan estimated cost us $50,000 to $60,000 a year.
Motion by Lewis, seconded by Rull to recommend to the full Board the training for the GIS Manager at a cost not to exceed $6,500.
