Albers home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Albers fell by $45,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 27.3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Albers in the third quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Albers for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,245, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
