New Baden home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in New Baden fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 21.9% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in New Baden in June 2016.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,530, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
