Aviston home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Aviston fell by $79,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 55.2% decrease over the $144,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Aviston in June 2016.
