Breese home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Breese fell by $17,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 12.6% decrease over the $137,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Breese in August 2016.
