Aviston home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Aviston fell by $69,520 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,532 - a 53.5% decrease over the $130,051 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Aviston in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Aviston for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,706, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
