Carlyle home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Carlyle fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,250 - a 38% decrease over the $76,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlyle in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Carlyle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,742, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
