Carlyle home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Carlyle fell by $47,775 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,225 - a 43.4% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Carlyle in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Carlyle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,742, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
