Trenton home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Trenton fell by $61,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 35.7% decrease over the $172,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Trenton in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,606, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
