Aviston home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Aviston rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 51.4% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Aviston in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Aviston for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,706, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
