New Baden home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in New Baden rose by $58,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 39.5% increase over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in New Baden in May 2017.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,530, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
