Germantown home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Germantown fell by $4,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $114,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Germantown in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,338, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
