Aviston home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Aviston fell by $51,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,000 - a 69.1% decrease over the $74,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Aviston in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Aviston for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,706, approximately 11.8% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
