Breese home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Breese rose by $42,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 37.8% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Breese in July 2017, as well.
