Carlyle home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Carlyle rose by $48,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,750 - a 102.6% increase over the $47,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlyle in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Carlyle for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,742, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
