Trenton home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Trenton rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,500 - a 15.3% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Trenton in the second half of 2016.
