Germantown home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Germantown rose by $44,100 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,500 - a 58.5% increase over the $75,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Germantown in 2016.
