There was one offender released on parole during the second quarter living near Illinois zip code 62012, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the Sheridan zip code. The 46-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a crime against justice in 2016 when he was 43 years old.
