There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 62877, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the man was released in the Pinckneyville zip code. The 33-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was convicted for a sex crime in 2011 when he was 24 years old.
