Carlyle Community Unit School District 1 Board of Education met June 10.

The Special meeting of the Board of Education of Community Unit School District No. 1 to approve the size and design for the construction of the multi-purpose room at the high school was held in the HS library on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
President Aaron Heinzmann presided over the meeting.

Board members present: Alexander, Brannmeier, Heinzmann, Kampwerth, Perez Board members absent: Diekemper, Rensing

OPEN DISCUSSION
The Board went over the kitchen design and gym floor size, sideline space and the bleacher capacity in the multi-purpose room.
APPROVE SCOPE OF MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM CONSTRUCTION
A motion was made by Alexander and seconded by Kampwerth to approve the scope of the high school multipurpose room - #7 with wall expansion for additional bleachers.
Vote on Motion: Aye: Brammeier, Heinzmann, Kampwerth, Perez, Alexander
Nay: none
ADJOURN
A motion was made by Brammeier and seconded by Alexander to adjourn.
