Presentation of Ordinance Updates/Changes
Frank Heiligenstein – Illinois Codification Services
Codifier Frank Heiligenstein from Illinois Codification Services was here to present new code that has been mandated by the State Legislature and a general update of the entire code. Lengthy discussion took place regarding most of the code and current changes that needed to be made. State statue changes code that needs to be made current as well. Changes will be made and a final copy will be brought back by Illinois Codification Services for a final vote by council. No action at this time.

Motion was made by Alderman Link at 8:17 p.m. to adjourn, seconded by McClain, motion passed unanimously.
