Sandoval home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Sandoval fell by $5,250 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,500 - a 14.7% decrease over the $35,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sandoval in the first half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Sandoval for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $809, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
