Macoupin County Executive Committee met Aug. 6.

1. Approve Draft Agenda for August Full Board Meeting
Motion by Thomas, seconded by Wiggins to approve the draft agenda for the August full Board meeting.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Disposition of County Board Recordings
Clerk Duncan explained that any recordings of County Board minutes need to be kept for 18 months and have any closed session minutes have been released. The county has not approved any disposition of the recordings since 2015 and as there are currently no closed session minutes being held that are older than 18 months, it would be a good time to dispose of the recordings.
Motion by Long, seconded by Wiggins to dispose of any recordings older than January 1, 2017.
