HSHS St. Francis Hospital issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Every baby born at HSHS St. Francis Hospital this month leading into Thanksgiving will go home with a special Little Turkey newborn onesie.
“At St. Francis, newborns are the gifts families bring into the world,” says Elisa Feldmann, Family Maternity Center manager. “We hope this special Thanksgiving gift will bring joy to families welcoming precious little ones during this month of giving thanks. All of us in the Family Maternity Center at HSHS St. Francis Hospital are grateful to participate in the delivery of so many babies. We appreciate the opportunity to give back to the families that allow us to provide care for them each and every day.
