City of Carlyle Finance Committee met Oct. 28.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Don Perez on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 6:45 p.m. at Case Halstead Library. Committee members present included Don Perez, Kent Newkirk, and John Hodapp. Others present included Bill Leath, Mark Hodapp, Dave Miller, Chief Mark Pingsterhaus, Michael Jansen, Andy Brackett, and Martha Reinkensmeyer.
After reviewing the minutes from the October 14, 2019 meeting, Kent Newkirk made a motion to approve the minutes. John Hodapp seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.
The first item on the agenda was the approval of claims. After reviewing the claims, Kent Newkirk made a motion to approve the claims. John Hodapp seconded the motion. After a voice vote, all were found in favor.
There was no old business.
There was no new business.
There were no any other comments.
There were no public comments.
The Committee did not enter executive session so there were no executive session items on which to vote.
With no further business to discuss, Kent Newkirk made a motion to adjourn. John Hodapp seconded the motion. Finding all in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
