Sandoval home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Sandoval rose by $27,300 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,000 - a 95.1% increase over the $28,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sandoval in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Sandoval for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $916, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
