Odin home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Odin rose by $12,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,250 - a 106.4% increase over the $11,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Odin in February 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Odin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $768, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
