NEW BUSINESS:
1. Request from the Community Development Director to seek an addition to the list of Special Uses Permitted in the Centralia Zoning and Subdivision Code 10-2-3-105 (Multiple Family Residential District), 10-2-3-107 (Neighborhood Business District), 10-2-3-108 (Central Business District), 10-2-3-109 (Highway/Arterial Business District) and 10-2-3-115 (Corridor Business District) to include: Indoor Event/Activity Center. OLD BUSINESS: Harting let the Commission know of a Seize Operations Letter that she had sent. There was a recent Drug Raid on a property located on S. Perrine that was found to have a restaurant delivery business running out of the basement. It was located in a home in a Single Family Residential Zone.
