ILLINOIS STATE HOUSE DISTRICT 107: VIDEO; Rep. Wilhour Stands with Trooper Davis Family & States Attorney to Oppose Parole for 1976 ‘Cop Killers’

Illinois State House District 107 issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.

Effingham County States Attorney Bryan Kibler with 1976 kidnap victim Anna Mae Willenborg, State Rep. Blaine Wlhour and State Rep. Darren Bailey in front of the old courthouse.

Join the Davis Family, the Willenborg Family, and our community to send letters opposing the release of these convicted murderers.

Join the effort to write letters to the Illinois Prisoner Review Board opposing clemency or parole for the pair, but especially Taylor due to the clemency request.

Trooper Layton Davis’ granddaughter speaks on behalf of the Davis Family that includes a son and two grandsons who are now members of law enforcement.

Rep. Blaine Wilhour speaks to the crowd of over 100 family, friends, law enforcement, and members of the community in support of the effort to deny parole to the murderers and kidnappers in 1976.
