Hillsboro Area Hospital issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Hillsboro Area Hospital, Carlinville Area Hospital, and Pana Community Hospital have teamed up to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our local communities. Together, we can help stop the spread by wearing a mask in public, washing our hands properly, social distancing, and avoiding large crowds.
We are counting on our community members to do their part. We encourage you to commit to your community, family, and loved ones to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in Hillsboro. Please consider joining our group, I Commit to My Community, for up to date information on how we can work together to keep our community safe.
