Macoupin County Liquor Commission met June 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the commission:

I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Wiggins (Remote), Kiel (Remote), Quarton (Remote), Starr (Remote), Wieseman (Remote), Duncan (Remote)

ABSENT: Pomatto

II. NEW APPLICANTS

III. RENEWALS

Clerk Duncan said 8 of the businesses had turned in their application. Lazy Days Campground, Darr's Truck Stop and Carlinville Country Club had not yet submitted an application. Since there has not been any complaints made against any of those businesses, Duncan recommended approving those licenses pending the application being submitted.

Motion by Kiel, seconded by Wieseman to approve the licenses for those who have submitted an application and tentatively approve those who have yet submitted an application pending an application being submitted.

RESULT: PASSED [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Bernie Kiel, Commission Member

SECONDER: Francis Wieseman, Commission Member

AYES: Wiggins, Kiel, Quarton, Starr, Wieseman
