Received a letter from Illinois Public Risk Fund informing the City that their Board of Directors announced they had declared a 2020 Stimulus Grant in addition to their annual Safety Grant. The City’s portion of the Grant was $893.00 and the check was included with the letter.

The annual Treasurer’s Report for the City of Staunton has been completed for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2020, and a motion to accept will be during the Finance Committee Report.

Motion to approve Renewal Quote with Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust for the City’s Municipal Insurance for the year December 1, 2020 through December 1, 2021, in the amount of $77,668.00. ICRMT is giving the City a refund of $6,244.00 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is reflected in the total amount due. The Staunton Public Library will be reimbursing the City $850.00 for their portion of the premium.
