Case #20-012 being a application filed by the Orchard Evangelical Free Church, an Illinois non-for-profit corporation, 1301 South Grove Ave, Barrington IL 60010, requesting, pursuant to Appendix C of the Village of Vernon Hills Code of Ordinances, Article 16A, Section 16A.2, Article 21, Section 21.7, and Chapter 19, Signs the following:
1. Approval to amend the zoning classification from OR&D, Office Research & Development to PIB, Public and Institutional Building District; and
2. Grant certain variations related to the Sign Code on the legally described property
The zoning map amendment will allow for a proposed house of worship, known as the Orchard Evangelical Free Church, to be located on the legally described property. The address for the property is 870 West End Court on the corner of Butterfield Road and Hawthorn Parkway.
