The City of Breese is accepting applications for the position of Park Custodian.This position is a Full Time position with insurance & retirement City of Breese employee benefits.Duties include but are not limited to:Attending all Park Board Meetings, Council Meetings, and Finance Committee MeetingsManaging Park StaffMaintaining grass and landscaping at all City ParksMaintenance and Upkeep at all City Park baseball/softball diamondsCoordinating with representatives of all recreational leaguesMaintenance and upkeep of all restroom facilities at all City ParksMaintenance and upkeep of all park propertyManage annual park budgetWork with the public in regards to Park Usage, etcSetting up and Taking down of all Park Christmas DecorationsSnow removal on sidewalks around City Hall and other City buildingsOther duties as assigned by Mayor, City Council and Park Board.Employee must live within the City of Breese City Limits within 6 months of hire date.Applications may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 500 N. 1st Street, Breese, IL 62230 from 8 am to 5 pm or online at https://breese.org/employment-application/Applications and resume will be accepted until 4 pm on Jan. 15 2021 at City Hall
