1. ***A motion to accept the minutes from the December 3, 2020 meeting.
2. ** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills.

1. Building/Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to accept the Ordinance to final plat, covenants and infrastructure improvements for Eagle Ridge Subdivision.
2. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve the contract renewal for outdoor advertising with Dusty’s Outdoor Media for a cost not to exceed $670 per
4-week period and vinyl production of $1,200 for a new design.
3. Finance/City Clerk – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to merge the working cash and utility account into one cash account and solicit bids for such banking services, with the understanding that this account will be resolicited to the local banks every five years.
4. Lake – Dave Hollo - Discussion with possible action regarding a request by Endrizzi Contracting for the Lake Yaeger Watershed Implementation Project construction contract.
5. Water – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the emergency repairs/replacement of the membrane system VersaViewer, better known as the HMI, Human Machine Interface, from Pall Corporation starting with the rental and set up of a temporary laptop to use while the existing HMI is being evaluated, for an initial cost of $3,240.
