12. Motion to approve continued use of TruGreen for municipal property lawn treatment services for the 2021 season, in the amount of $16,845.00.

13. Motion to approve installation of ADA compliant doors at the Lake Katherine Clubhouse with the Door Authority in the amount of $16,729.00.

14. Motion to approve Campfire Concepts payment in the amount of $3,000.00 for work to develop a Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Public Relations Plan for the Recreation Department.

16. Motion to approve Integral Construction payment #3 in the amount of $330,047.72 for work completed on the Palmer Park project, pending receipt of waivers.

17. Motion to approve CVG’s payment in the amount of $10,735.08 for work completed on the Orchard Park project.

18. Motion to approve the change order credit from Integral Instruction for the Palmer Park project in the amount of $14,007.50.
