1. Consent Agenda

a. City Council Minutes – request approval for 2-22-2021 minutes

2. Request approval of a two-year agreement with Metro-Ag Inc. for removal of sludge from the Salem Waste Water Treatment Plant.

3. Request authorization to purchase six (6) flushing stations for Salem Water Department to assist in IEPA water sampling.

4. Review of information on recent municipal bid request for oil and chip materials for City streets.

5. Request to surplus equipment from Public Works.

6. Real Estate purchase contract opening. Somer Real Estate Agent is to provide a sealed offer for a residential tract of land at the former Salem Armory site.

7. Change order request to the Inclusive Playground area for adjustments in the equipment being placed in the playground area and a request to forego bid process on additional park equipment for fitness stations, batting cages, and other additions madeto the grant process for improving our odds at approval to allow the additional items tobe purchased through Hutchinson and local vendors.

VI. Executive Session
